We have completed the website rewrite for Orchid Fitness. Replacing the Wordpress system with the SLA Associates Website Management Modules has made it far easier for the client to control their website content and the revised design and new pages will make a big difference to search engine indexing of the content.
The previous design looked good, so we have built on this, but improved the code and made all content visible to search engines replacing graphics with text.

We have started work on a redesign for the Fayre View Restaurant and Bed and Breakfast website in Diss, Norfolk. The Fayre View is a stunning restaurant and we were delighted to be asked to redesign and extend the current site which we wrote back in 2004.

The Phase II development of the Middleton Granary online booking management system is complete.
Availability at this luxury self catering accommodation can now be managed online using the SLA Associates Booking Management Module running all aspects of standard and bespoke availability dates, online billing and guest management. The new Pebble UK website has been launched, built around the SLA Associates Shop Manager 2.0 system.
This extensive redesign has a fresh new look with a quicker shopping experience and much improved product layout. The website code is particularly search engine friendly and features AJAX components to update shopping carts and product option combinations without unnecessary page reloads.
There are still some additional components to implement, automating google base uploads and improving the existing customer marketing system and these will be launched in the next month.

The new website for Kira Kira Wholesale has been launched using our Starter Shop System configured for a wholesale environment. Product prices and shopping basket functionality are only available to registered customers and new account registration and VAT display have been tailored to suit.
Drawing on the region where Kira Kira source their high quality wooden handicrafts the design is a mix of deep oranges, browns and blacks with gradients and transparency effects which we think look great combined with the fantastic product images.

The new B&D Willett website has gone live - the fourth site in as many days! We think this site looks great with a fantastic image used in the page banner of welding in the workshop - the perfect graphic to describe the steel design build and fabrication services offered.
Using the SLA Associates Case Study and Gallery Management Modules the team at B&D Willett can add more content to demonstrate the range of structural steelwork and bespoke design projects they are involved with.

Expanding on our news, event management and eCommerce systems, the Middleton Granary website will see the launch of our online bookings management system. Together with taking online holiday reservations the website automates much of the customer contact throughout the process - from creating invoice paperwork and booking schedules to sending emails.
The eContact module and discount voucher systems also allow late availability to be advertised with individual or block vouchers encouraging full occupancy.

We have launched the new website for Anglia Small Loads - specialising in urgent deliveries, transportation and bulk loads. Another recommendation from the team at Millennium we have delivered this site ahead of schedule to coincide with other marketing activies planned for April.

We have been commissioned to redesign and redevelop the Agora Management corporate website. The existing site was table based and we will be retaining the general look and feel of the site but with new XHTML 1.1 and CSS 2.1 code.
The site structure is to be revamped and various proposed sections that never went live on the old site are to be included. We have won another commission for our Shop System 1.0 platform tailored to only allow purchasing for registered customers. Kira Kira Trading import hand crafted carvings, furniture and gifts and have built their business via mail order promotion and recommendations from existing customers.
The new website will allow Kira Kira to maintain the current live catalogue so customers can see stock levels when ordering. Customers can be advised on new product lines as they are available and orders can be taken online.

The holding site for the Wortham Tennis Club has gone live. Building upon the features within the Table Tennis League Manager has enabled us to create a club and membership system which is helping Wortham Tennis Club communicate with their ever growing membership.

A hectic week continues with the launch of the first phase of the new JPR Insurance Brokers website. JPR are a specialist insurance brokers and one of the leading providers of landlord insurance for clients across the UK.
The new website offers an instant quote engine giving landlord insurance quotes and online forms for all the other types of insurance cover offered. The website is going to reduce the administrative workload with website quote emails automatically attaching the correct documentation for each type of policy.
Phase II will see the introduction of a customer marketing database to remind clients that their policies are due for renewal and a referral management system so affiliate leads can be instantly tracked.

We have completed and relaunched the new Cambridge Open Centre website. The new design emphasises the Centre's connections with Cambridge and makes it easy for candidates and local language schools to find and register for examinations.
Online and offline registrations are accepted and multiple payment methods supported, linking to Google checkout for online payment processing to multiple accounts.

The launch of the new Groupbridge website sees another of our upgraded Website Management Modules go live. One of the key requirements at Groupbridge was allowing control of website content to remain with the Director team but for the administration to be delegated. We are really excited to be working with Pebble UK, a major distributor of specialist maternity tights and graduated support hosiery.
Having received a number of quotes for the redesign of their shop system Pebble were recommended to speak to us by an existing client and we were shocked that none of our competitors have even been to visit them!
Our solution encompasses all of their online marketing rather than just providing a new shop front and built into this is a regular meeting to review PPC expenditure and website results - Pebble UK were really impressed at the fresh approach and we can't wait to get started with the redesign.
Following on from the success of the launch of our WorkFlow system many of the automated processes are being build into our eCommerce platform which will further improve the customer experience and reduce client workload.

The Millennium Pest Control website has been live for a few months now and it has been a huge success - the business has seen a marked increase in enquiries and online orders and turnover is up by 20%!!
Following on from this we have been commissioned to write a website for the Millennium Pest Control London division covering all areas in and around London. The project will mirror much of the functionality of the Group site yet will have its own identity and branding. We have launched the new Anglia Cleaning website ahead of schedule.
Using a simple, fresh colour scheme we have kept the layout uncluttered with contact information prominently displayed and the site content is set within plenty of white space to make it easy to read.

We have launched the new website for Wymondham Chiropractic Clinic inside a really tight deadline to get the site completed. Following on from the huge success of the Millennium Pest Control website rewrite it hasn't taken long for the first referral to come through - thanks to Darren and the team at Millennium for putting in a good word for us!
This is a new business launch so we have put together a new logo - something clean, conservative and uncomplicated to work well in black.
Well we have delivered just that - a text based design with soft reflection effect and this has proved just the ticket.

Next up will be the new website design so watch for this launching in the next month or so.

Well, it has been a long time coming, but we have finally taken some time out to finish our new website.
There will be added features for clients with our WorkFLOW system soon coming online. WorkFLOW will feature detailed project information, screen shots, and documentation together with status reports and demo links.
The main site has also been updated with loads of new content, our new Portfolio gallery is online with case studies of the sites we have designed over the last couple of years and this is the very first post in our upgraded blog system.
All this new content and functionality has all been wrapped up in a shiny new design using fully compliant code and an accessible layout… of course.
